Responsibilities

The Electrician works under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. Performs and inspects preventive maintenance and repairs of electrical equipment and systems ensuring that all work is completed within industrial standards and codes.

  • Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on all assigned equipment and systems.
  • Maintains records of inspections, testing, repairs and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
  • Provides quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participates in construction and renovation projects as requested.
  • Adheres to policies and procedures of the organization and/or related to safety and infection control to provide a safe environment.
  • Serve as a resource to department management for planning and coordinating projects.

Qualifications

  • Kansas Drivers License
  • Licensed as Master Electrician
  • Two (2) years experience in plant operations or construction
  • Two (2) or more years in a patient care facilities maintenance department
